Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026.
Next Square Studio ("we", "us", or "our") provides this Privacy Policy for nextsquarestudio.com and all current and future games, applications, and related services published by Next Square Studio (our "Services"). It explains how information is collected, used, shared, and retained when you use our Services.
Features vary between games, platforms, and versions. A Service may include advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, online features, or support tools, while another may work mainly offline. The sections below apply where the relevant feature or service is used. We maintain this single Privacy Policy and update it when our practices, features, or service providers change.
Information we handle
Information you provide: When you contact us by email or a website form, we receive your contact details and the message, attachments, or troubleshooting information you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
Game and service information: Depending on the features you use, information may include progress, saved games, settings, achievements, game activity, and information needed to provide an online feature. Some information stays on your device; information needed for an online service may be processed by us or its provider. A game that stores progress only on your device does not automatically provide a cloud backup.
Technical and usage information: Our website, games, and integrated service providers may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, language, identifiers, interactions, and diagnostic information. Examples include pages or screens visited, button taps, ad interactions, crashes, and performance data. The information processed depends on the Service, its integrations, and your settings.
Purchase information: Where purchases are available, we and purchase-service providers may receive transaction or receipt information, purchased products, purchase status and history, and customer or app identifiers needed to validate ownership and provide paid features. The relevant store or payment provider handles your payment details.
How we use information
We use information relevant to the Service to provide gameplay and website functions, save preferences, validate and restore purchases, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, understand usage, improve performance, deliver and measure advertising where offered, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may be necessary to provide a service you request, meet a legal obligation, or support legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, subject to your rights. We rely on consent where required for advertising, tracking, or other optional processing. Visiting the website or playing a game does not replace consent where consent is required.
Advertising and privacy choices
Some games include advertisements, such as banner, interstitial, or optional rewarded ads. Advertising providers, including Google AdMob where integrated, process information to deliver and measure ads, analyze service use, and prevent fraud. This may include IP addresses and inferred approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers such as advertising identifiers and app-set identifiers, subject to platform rules and settings.
Non-personalized ads can still involve processing information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Available advertising options depend on the game, region, platform, and your choices. Where required, a consent message provides information and choices before the relevant advertising processing begins. You can revisit advertising privacy choices through the game's privacy controls when available and use your device's advertising or tracking settings.
Where a game offers an ad-removal purchase, the product description explains which ads it removes. Removing ads does not erase earlier advertising records or the information needed to manage purchases. See Google's privacy policy for information about Google's processing.
In-app purchases and paid features
Games may offer paid content, upgrades, or other in-app purchases through the relevant platform store. Store providers process the payment under their own policies. We do not receive your full payment-card details from purchases processed by a platform store.
Where RevenueCat is integrated, it processes purchase history and customer identifiers, including anonymous app customer identifiers, to validate transactions, recognize ownership, restore benefits, and provide purchase analytics. Other store purchase systems may provide transaction and entitlement information for the same service functions. Available products and restoration options are described in the relevant game or store.
Read RevenueCat's privacy policy and the privacy policy of the store you use for details about their practices.
Analytics and diagnostics
We may use usage and performance information to understand how our Services are used, identify errors, and improve gameplay and reliability. Where an analytics or diagnostic service is integrated, it may process the technical information and interactions described above. Advertising and purchase providers may also perform analytics as described in their respective sections.
Some games keep troubleshooting records locally on the device. Local records are separate from information transmitted by an integrated online service. If you choose to send a diagnostic report to support, we receive the information you include in that report. Any new analytics providers or materially different data practices will be reflected in updates to this policy and relevant in-service notices.
Website storage and third-party features
Our website and browser-based features may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to remember settings and provide functionality. Hosting services may process access and error logs, including IP addresses, request times, requested pages, and browser information, for website operation and security. Browser controls let you manage stored website data; blocking it may affect some features.
If you open an external link or use third-party content or features, that provider may receive connection and usage information and apply its own privacy policy. This can include store pages, social-media services, or embedded media where present. Additional choices or notices apply where required for non-essential tracking.
Sharing and service providers
Information is processed by providers supporting the features you use, such as website hosting, email and support delivery, platform stores, advertising, purchase validation, and analytics. The Google AdMob and RevenueCat practices above apply where those services are integrated. Providers may process information on our behalf or independently under their own policies, depending on the service and purpose.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, address fraud, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable legal requirements. We may share information when you direct us to do so. We update this policy when new providers or processing practices require additional disclosure.
Security and international processing
We use safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access or misuse. This website uses HTTPS, and the AdMob and RevenueCat SDKs encrypt transmitted data. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.
Online service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. The providers' privacy policies explain their processing locations and safeguards; applicable data-protection rights continue to apply to the relevant processing.
Retention and deletion
We retain information according to the purpose for which it is processed, the need to operate the relevant Service, and applicable legal, security, accounting, or dispute-related requirements. Support correspondence may be kept to investigate an enquiry, handle follow-up issues, and meet those requirements. Retention is not the same for every type of information.
Local saves and settings remain until removed or replaced by you, the app, or the platform. Clearing app or browser data, or uninstalling a game, may permanently remove local progress. These actions do not automatically remove information held by us or by online providers. Stores and other independent providers retain information under their own policies and obligations.
You may contact contact@nextsquarestudio.com to ask about information we hold about you or request deletion. Please identify the relevant Service and provide only the details needed to find your records. We may need to verify the request, and some information may need to remain for legal, security, or dispute-related reasons. We assess requests in accordance with applicable law. Requests concerning information controlled independently by a store or other provider are subject to that provider's process.
Deleting local data does not automatically cancel purchase ownership, cancel a store-managed subscription where one is offered, or erase a provider's transaction history. Use the relevant store's controls for those matters.
Your choices and rights
You can use available game, browser, device, and platform controls to manage stored data, permissions, advertising preferences, and purchases. Features and controls vary by Service. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent through the relevant privacy controls; this does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us using the details below to ask about these rights or the information we process.
Children's privacy
Our Services are intended for people aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. Store content ratings may differ by game and region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We update this page as our current and future games, features, providers, or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Where required, we provide additional notice or request consent for a change. This page remains the main Privacy Policy for the website and all Next Square Studio games.
